My suggestion is to provide training with practical projects small or large or already coded open and free projects and also give cyber security technical support to existing code base which is freely licensed.
… we are gonna start this election and organization model within Procyberian Systems Distribution only. Because it is not a company project and at this time we can only open our organization to public with PSD… Also Trademarks of PSD will be hold by Mert Gör and then QB Networks company.

The second plan within PSD is Benevolent dictator for life - Wikipedia model. This second plan is the active model for now. Because there is no strong community. The only code organization owner/admin is me.
I want to be BDFL and There will be then Project Leader > Core Team Leaders > Committers > Contributors > Newcomers > Outsiders
I will be the person who holds the veto right.
In general for all projects and within PSD domain I am the Project Lead Developer, Systems Programmer who is responsible from providing training to everyone, securing the infrastructure and codebase, coding, administration and making R&D.

I am the Benevolent dictator for life (BDFL) , Project Lead Developer and Systems Programmer of PSD project. It is an open organization like BSD and Debian. We write cross platform applications and PSD GNU/Linux distribution which is based on Debian GNU/Linux. We also have a unique operating system and kernel project.
My role is to teach programming to newcomers and all community members. I also run security tests to our own domains and servers.
In long term I will be same BDFL but project leader, core team leaders, committers will be elected by community members.
This way I will protect Free Software and Open Source ethics and community will be more open and collaborative.

Hello hackers !
As a BDFL , I deal with science, training for all , R&D, communication with other organizations , project design and decision making, organizational integrity of us, developer tools, and system administration tools/IT infrastructure, while the Project Lead Developer will organize Developer Core Teams and vice versa. For now I am also Project Lead Developer as a Systems Programmer
The goal is to empower newcomers as contributors, train them with the skills to reach leadership positions, and enable them to provide service.
In short, I’m an instructor for everyone 
The systems programmer role requires this anyway.
I’m someone who can program hardware, also proficient in operating systems and low-level programming, has a strong understanding of programming languages, compilers and interpreters, works in computer science, and can work in the fields in general, hardware and software fields.
I like to play chess and go game. I want to write a game engine for go game and train our own ai models with this go game.
Time will tell !
